AIHentai is a browser-based 2D anime illustration and animation service for fictional characters. This policy explains how AIHentai collects and uses account information and information submitted through the service. Your use of AIHentai is also subject to our Terms of Service. This policy applies to information collected through AIHentai, not to third-party websites linked from the service.

Information we collect

Google Sign-In information

If you choose to sign in with Google, AIHentai uses Firebase Authentication to complete sign-in. We use your Google account email address to authenticate you and identify the AIHentai account associated with that address. The sign-in flow sends a Firebase ID token to the AIHentai backend so it can verify the sign-in and issue AIHentai account credentials. We do not request access to Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts, or other files in your Google account. Google APIs are used solely for account authentication and are never used to generate or edit images or videos, or for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery). Google sign-in information is used for account access and identification, not as an input to AI image or video generation or for advertising. The browser stores the AIHentai sign-in session in a cookie that expires after 30 days and caches account profile data in local storage; signing out clears the cached profile. Account and creation information

When you create or use an account, we process your email address and account identifier to authenticate you and provide account features. If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account email for this purpose, as described above.

When you request an illustration or animation, we receive the text prompt, supported fictional 2D anime reference artwork, and generation settings you submit. These are sent to the AIHentai backend to create and process the generation task and are subject to automated safety review. We receive task information and generated results from the service so we can show them in your account. AIHentai is designed exclusively for fictional 2D anime characters; uploading photographs of real people or generating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI NCII, is strictly prohibited.

2. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device"s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

How We Collect

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

1. Cookies or Browser Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of our Service. Unless you have adjusted Your browser setting so that it will refuse Cookies, our Service may use Cookies.

2. Web Beacons

Certain sections of our Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).

How We Use Your Information

We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • We do not use the email address obtained through Google sign-in for advertising or promotional messages.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
  • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts a real person in intimate or sexually explicit imagery, including AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery), deepfakes, face swaps, or altered imagery of real individuals, as well as any sexual content involving minors. AIHentai is for fictional 2D anime characters only, and Google APIs are used solely for account sign-in, never to generate or distribute NCII.

If you believe content on our Service violates this policy or depicts a real person without authorization, you may report it and request immediate removal by contacting [email protected]. Please include the URL or other information that helps us locate the content and understand the concern. Please do not send intimate images as email attachments.

We use information submitted in a report to locate and assess the reported content, communicate with the reporter, take appropriate action under our policies, and meet legal obligations. We may restrict access to or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate. We retain report information only as needed for these purposes, including to document our actions, resolve disputes, protect safety, and comply with law, as described in the Retention of Your Personal Data section.

If the content depicts someone under 18 in a sexual or intimate context, contact us immediately at the email above and do not send or redistribute the content. We may disclose report information to service providers assisting with review, or to authorities where required by law or necessary to protect someone's safety. This process applies to content on our Service; content hosted by third-party services must be reported to those services directly.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates, where your consent is hereby expressly given.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our APP users is among the assets transferred.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent where applicable laws require so.
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers or others.
  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

AIHentai is maintained in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”), and you understand that data stored in the HKSAR may be subject to lawful requests by local courts or law enforcement authorities. Information you provide through AIHentai may be stored, processed, transferred between, and accessed from the HKSAR and other districts or countries, which may not guarantee the same level of protection as the one in which you reside. Where applicable, we use safeguards required by law for international transfers. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed as described in this policy.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent"s consent before We collect and use that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

European Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country. You may have certain additional rights with respect to your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the “GDPR”). Nothing in this Agreement, including the paragraph above, affects your rights to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time for duly providing our services as well as complying with the applicable laws. Additional notifications will be displayed or otherwise communicated to you. So please periodically visit this privacy policy page to check for any changes. If you do not agree with the revised privacy policy, you have the right and should immediately stop using aihentai.ai. If within a reasonable time after notifications of update, your continual use of the Services will be considered as having accepted all the amendments made.
